Privacy Policy
What Trex Iptv collects, how we use it, and the choices you have over your personal data.
This Privacy Policy explains how Trex Iptv ("we", "us", "our") handles your personal data when you visit trexiptv.cam or subscribe to our IPTV service. It covers what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you can exercise at any time. We've tried to keep it plain. If something isn't clear, ask us.
1. Who We Are
Trex Iptv is an independent IPTV subscription service. We sell access plans to a streaming library of live channels and on-demand titles. For anything related to this policy — questions, requests, or complaints — please use our contact page. We don't publish a support inbox here on purpose: the contact form routes to the right person faster.
2. Information We Collect
What you give us
- Email address — needed to create your account and deliver your login credentials.
- Payment details — handled by our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, or a crypto processor depending on the method you pick). We never see or store your full card number.
- Name — optional. Only used if you message support and want a personal reply.
- Messages — anything you send through WhatsApp, the contact form, or email.
What we collect automatically
- IP address — used for fraud checks and to show you the right pricing for your country. It isn't kept in long-term logs.
- Browser and device type — collected through cookies so the site loads correctly on your screen.
- Pages you visit and time on page — gathered via analytics cookies (see our Cookies Policy for the full list).
3. How We Use Your Data
- To open and manage your Trex Iptv subscription.
- To send your credentials, renewal reminders, and important service notices.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To answer your support messages.
- To spot fraud and abuse of our service.
- To improve how the site and the player work.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
We don't sell your personal data. We don't trade it. We don't run automated profiling that produces legal effects on you. That's a line we won't cross.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you're in the European Union or the United Kingdom, here's the basis we rely on for each type of processing:
- Contract — processing your email and payment data so we can deliver the subscription you paid for.
- Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, abuse detection, and basic service analytics.
- Consent — for marketing cookies and any non-essential analytics. You can withdraw consent any time.
- Legal obligation — where a law (tax, anti-fraud, court order) tells us we have to.
5. How We Share Data
Your data leaves our systems only in the following cases:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, our crypto provider) — to authorise and settle payments.
- Email delivery — to send your credentials and account notices.
- Analytics (Google Analytics, anonymised) — only if you accepted analytics cookies.
- Law enforcement — only when we receive a valid legal order.
We don't pass data to advertising networks, data brokers, or any "marketing partner". If that ever changes, we'll update this policy and tell subscribers by email first.
6. Cookies
We use a small set of cookies: essential ones for the site to work, plus optional analytics and marketing cookies you can switch on or off in the consent banner. The full list, lifetime, and purpose of each cookie lives in our Cookies Policy. You can clear them in your browser any time.
7. Third-Party Services
A few outside services help us run Trex Iptv. Each one only sees the data it needs to do its job:
- Stripe and PayPal — payment processing.
- Cloud hosting — to keep the site online and the player streaming.
- Email service — to deliver your login credentials and receipts.
- WhatsApp — if you start a chat with our support team.
These providers have their own privacy policies. We pick vendors that are GDPR-compliant and bound by data-processing agreements.
8. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU / UK Residents)
If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights over your data:
- Access — ask for a copy of the data we hold on you.
- Rectification — correct anything that's wrong.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction — limit how we use your data while a dispute is settled.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable file.
- Objection — object to processing that's based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — any time, for anything that runs on consent.
To exercise any of these, send a request through our contact page. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Your Rights Under CCPA (California Residents)
If you're a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to:
- Know what categories of personal information we collect and why.
- Request that we delete your personal information.
- Opt out of the "sale" of your personal information — though we don't sell it to begin with.
- Not be discriminated against for using any of these rights.
Submit a verifiable CCPA request through our contact page. We'll confirm receipt within 10 days and respond within 45.
10. Your Rights Under LGPD (Brazil Residents)
Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados gives you similar rights: access, correction, deletion, portability, and clear information about how your data is handled. Use the contact page to file an LGPD request. We respond within the timeframes set by the ANPD.
11. Data Retention
We keep your account email for the length of your subscription plus 90 days after it ends, in case you renew or come back. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires us to — usually 5 to 7 years, depending on the jurisdiction. Support chat history is kept for 12 months and then deleted. You can ask us to wipe everything early — we will, unless we're legally required to hold onto something.
12. Data Security
Data in transit between you and our servers is encrypted with TLS. Subscriber data sits behind access controls so only the support team can reach it, and even then only when they need to. Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. We patch our systems on a normal schedule and review logs when something looks off. No system is invincible — if a breach ever affects your data, we'll notify you within 72 hours, per GDPR rules.
13. Children's Privacy
Trex Iptv isn't aimed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you're a parent or guardian and you think your child has signed up, please get in touch through our contact page and we'll delete the account.
14. International Transfers
Our servers and some of our service providers operate outside the EU. When your data moves across borders, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved by the European Commission to make sure your rights travel with it.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, usually when the law changes or we add a new service feature. The effective date at the top will always tell you which version is current. For anything material — new categories of data, new third parties — we'll email subscribers ahead of the change.
16. Contact
Got a privacy question, a deletion request, or a concern about how your data's being handled? Head to our contact page and write to us there. We aim to reply within 48 hours, and we always respond within the legal timeframes that apply to your country.
